Suggestions and complaints

Suggestions are always welcome.  There is a suggestion box located in the entrance hall.  We hope complaints will not be necessary but if you feel strongly about any issues, please discuss them with your doctor or the Practice Manager in the first instance.

If you feel that your problem has not been adequately resolved by an informal discussion, please put your thoughts in writing to our practice manager.  You will receive a written reply.
