The practice adhers to zero tolerance on violence of any kind, verbal or physical abuse to any member of staff or towards any person on the practice premises or in the place where treatment/consultation is provided.
The police will always be informed to press the relevant charges. The future medical care of that person will be discussed which may result in their expulsion from the list of our patients.
