The ongoing Coronavirus situation is being exploited by fraudsters. Some points that might help you avoid being a victim of a scam:
* We will never initiate a Coronavirus phone call or home visit without YOU first calling US.
* We will never ask for you to provide financial details or passwords or to “verify”, “update” or “rectivate” an “account or similar as part of Coronavirus communications.
* Our practice text message communications require no answer from you.
* If you think you might have responded to a text message or email with personal and/or financial details, contact your bank immediately
