As many patients will be aware, we have experienced significant teething problems with our telephone system installed in July. We know it has sometimes been very frustrating to try to contact the Medical Centre. We are addressing these issues with the service provider on an ongoing basis and apologise to patients who have been inconvenienced by the change.
