All appointments for the Orchard Medical Centre Treatment Room are now centrally managed through the Motherwell Appointment Hub. That means patients should call the Appointment Hub on 01698 755346 rather than Orchard Medical Centre to make a Treatment Room appointment.
If tests have been requested by a hospital, do make sure that you tell the Hub operator and confirm you have the hospital paperwork. The hospital will provide relevant paperwork/labels for you to give to the Treatment Room nurse at your appointment.
For an appointment with the Prescribing Practice Nurse or the Prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you should call the Medical Centre as normal.
